A customer relationship organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual French Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Promptly processing and answering customer inquiries
- Acting as a liaison between customers and dealerships
- Handling difficult customer issues and avoiding escalation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 6 months Customer Service experience
- Experience with customer contact systems
- Experience with and appreciation for electronic devices and computers
