An educational technology company is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual French Educational Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as the lead point of contact for client account matters
• Assessing and understanding the needs of our clients to help build a long-term relationship
• Managing client records and ensure proper follow up

Qualifications Include:

• Fluent written and verbal French
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Solid experience with CRM software
