A legal services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual French Life Sciences Regulatory Lawyer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate pharmaceutical or medical device related commercial contracts
  • Provide legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters

Position Requirements Include:

  • The ability to read, write and speak business-level French is essential
  • Experience drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical industry commercial agreements
  • 3+ years' experience providing legal advice in France for a wide range of life sciences and pharmaceutical regulatory matters
  • Experience within a leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other life sciences organisation
