Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual French National Adaptation Plans Technical Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the identification of technical expertise and resources to support countries
- Supporting programme and project identification and development
- Conducting background research; providing technical input into project concept notes and documents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in environmental management, environmental policy analysis, climate change adaptation, climate change finance other closely related field
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the above-mentioned fields
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NAP process
- Experience working with and supporting Governments in developing and/or Least Developed Countries
- Work experience in an international organization
- Working-level French (written and oral)
