Job Summary
A mobile travel app company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual French or German Customer Escalations Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide phone support to customers and hotel partners
- Answer general questions about how the company works and assist customers with using our app
- Resolve billing and booking issues in a real-time, non-scripted environment
Required Skills:
- Native or full professional fluency in French or German is required
- At least one year of high-volume call center experience in a metric-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and proficient with iPhone and Android
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Cultural knowledge and ability to apply cultural context to customer support
- The ability to translate those stellar communication skills from the phone to the written word
