Job Summary

A mobile travel app company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual French or German Customer Escalations Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support to customers and hotel partners
  • Answer general questions about how the company works and assist customers with using our app
  • Resolve billing and booking issues in a real-time, non-scripted environment

Required Skills:

  • Native or full professional fluency in French or German is required
  • At least one year of high-volume call center experience in a metric-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with iPhone and Android
  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Cultural knowledge and ability to apply cultural context to customer support
  • The ability to translate those stellar communication skills from the phone to the written word
