Job Summary

A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual German and English Customer Experience Representative in Hilliard.

Must be able to:

  • Assist customers with orders, payments and billing
  • Use a consultative approach to educate customers regarding programming and products
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance standards

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to attend onsite training for 13-15 weeks, then work onsite a minimum of one day per quarter
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
  • Ability to problem solve and use resources on proprietary software/tools
  • Bilingual proficiency - fluent in English and German
