Job Summary

A translation services company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Haitian Creole Quality Monitor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Evaluating recorded conversations between the CSR and caller
• Providing accurate scoring according to approved criteria definitions, quality standards and SOPs
• Acting as a subject-matter expert, answering questions and assisting contact center staff

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to speak English and Haitian Creole clearly, professionally, and fluently
• Six months of call center quality monitoring experience
• Ability to obtain low risk suitability clearance
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
