Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Hospice Registered Nurse After Hours Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering all incoming calls in a manner appropriate to the nature of the call
  • Assessing physical, environmental and emotional factors telephonically to determine hospice needs
  • Utilizing the health record, including the patient’s plan of care, to develop recommendations

Position Requirements Include:

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance for infrequent travel
  • Bilingual with current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
  • 1 year of hospice experience and current CPR certification
