Telecommute Bilingual International Medical Genetic Testing Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute International Medical Genetic Testing Client Services Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Helping troubleshoot system issues and/or educating providers and patients
• Facilitating clients during the entire sample to report process
• Adopting a mindset of continuous process improvements

Required Skills:

• Must be able to travel 2-3 times per year for required CS Training
• 5+ years experience working in a client-facing, customer service role
• 2+ years of account management or client relationship experience
• Fluent in another language such as Ukrainian, Turkish, German, Punjabi, Russian, French
• Open to working some holidays, as needed to maintain region demand
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
