Job Summary
An advertising company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Italian Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, taking action on, tracking, and/or escalating social media users’ posts
- Responding to user content in a social context and initiating or conversation
- Responding to customers’ questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years experience in online moderation or customer service
- Demonstrated personal or professional success engaging in a social channel
- Language fluency testing and writing samples
- Ability to work for a block of several hours at a time
- Must be 18 or older
