Job Summary

An interactive media service provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Japanese and English Community Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a link between the game, its community, and the client
• Gathering feedback from users for the game and vice versa
• Managing any crisis that arises in the community

Qualifications Include:

• Preferably 2-3 years experience managing Video game communities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and diplomacy
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Strong command in spoken and written English and Japanese
• Experience using Discord
