Job Summary
A business process transformation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Japanese Business Services Customer Service Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Verify customer account information
- Answer inbound calls from customers
- Participate in team meetings and individual team meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluent in Japanese
- Basic PC keyboarding skills (30 WPM), basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Driven for success and comfortable working independently
- Availability to work all shifts including late evening and overnight shifts
