Job Summary

A business process transformation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Japanese Business Services Customer Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Verify customer account information
  • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Participate in team meetings and individual team meetings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills (30 WPM), basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Driven for success and comfortable working independently
  • Availability to work all shifts including late evening and overnight shifts
