Job Summary

A satellite television company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Japanese Customer Experience Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Accepting payments by a variety of methods
  • Assisting customers with pay-per-view orders
  • Using a consultative approach to educate and offer existing customers additional programming

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiently utilize Windows OS and internet search engines
