Job Summary

A staffing firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Japanese IT Service Desk Specialist in the Dallas Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing direct Level I technical support to client's on-site personnel
  • Monitoring incidents and service requests which alerts are made by emails
  • Resolving reported incidents in the software environment by deadlines

Required Skills:

  • Training will be in the company's Dallas office
  • Fluency in Japanese language skills (reading/writing)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering or computer science
  • Able to execute commands exactly as described in the procedure manual
  • Able to make a judgment to escalate the problem
