A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Japanese Senior Customer Service Representative.

- Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Responding to incoming customer service requests, both verbal and written
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs quickly and accurately
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Japanese)
- 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 2+ years of working with Windows PC applications
