  • Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers
  • Responding to incoming customer service requests, both verbal and written
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs quickly and accurately

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Japanese)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • 2+ years of working with Windows PC applications
  • Learning new and complex computer system applications
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
