Job Summary

A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Korean Partner Relations Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • Providing customer service in both Korean and English
  • Researching and analyzing information across multiple tools

Position Requirements Include:

  • Verbal and written fluency in Korean and English
  • Ability to work non-standard business hours (between 2PM-2AM PST)
  • 2+ years supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
  • Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences
  • Ability to pass pre-employment assessment and background check
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
