Job Summary
A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Korean Partner Relations Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Providing customer service in both Korean and English
- Researching and analyzing information across multiple tools
Position Requirements Include:
- Verbal and written fluency in Korean and English
- Ability to work non-standard business hours (between 2PM-2AM PST)
- 2+ years supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
- Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessment and background check
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
