Job Summary
A satellite services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Customer Experience Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Offering existing customers additional programming
- Assisting customers with pay-per-view orders and changing programming packages
- Accepting payments by a variety of methods
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual proficiency-fluent in English and Mandarin
- Six-months of related customer service experience and/or training
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
