Job Summary

A satellite services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Customer Experience Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Offering existing customers additional programming
  • Assisting customers with pay-per-view orders and changing programming packages
  • Accepting payments by a variety of methods

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bilingual proficiency-fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Six-months of related customer service experience and/or training
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
  • All Internet Specifications listed on job lead
