Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Medicare Advantage Plan Product Tele Sales Representative in Miami.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Connecting with inbound call leads to sell health products
• Using active listening skills to complete a thorough needs analysis with each caller
• Presenting and explaining plans using a consultative approach

Qualifications for this position include:

• Strong sales skills and experience
• Ability to overcome sales objections and close over the phone
• 1+ year of recent experience as a health insurance Tele Sales Agent or equivalent sales experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English or Creole/English
• Must have technical skills
