Job Summary
A telecommunications company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual South Asian Customer Experience Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers with pay-per-view orders and change programming packages
- accept payments by a variety of methods
- Explain charges and credits on the customer's bill
Qualifications Include:
- Bilingual proficiency-fluent in English and South Asian
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
- All technical requirements listed on the job lead
