Job Summary

An educational training company is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Adjunct Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Ensuring all facilitation of learning, virtual and in-person, meeting Company standards for quality facilitation
• Supporting the overall goals, communicating regularly with colleagues about engagement
• Keeping up-to-date on current education research and what works in high-poverty schools

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel for advanced training
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience in a variety of settings is a plus (e.g. rural, suburban, and urban)
• Must have and be able to demonstrate expertise in a specific content area
• A track record of distinguished success in educational and organizational leadership
• All other requirements necessary for this position
