A human resources company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Administrative Assistant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering emails, responding to basic inquiries, and mailing packages
  • Developing and maintaining effective administrative and office systems
  • Helping with bookkeeping and invoicing as needed and making travel arrangements

Required Skills:

  • BA degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish, on par with native fluency
  • Self-motivated, creative, troubleshooter
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Able to use programs like Slack, MailChimp, Trello, PPT, Google Apps, Prezi, Photoshop, Dropbox, etc
  • Have your own computer
