Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Miami.
Must be able to:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in customer service
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Excellent verbal communication
- Experience with problem solving and resolving conflict
