Job Summary

A healthcare solution is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish and English Healthcare Plan Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receive Incoming calls from members regarding benefit questions/issues, care coordination, and program inquiries
  • Screen call assessments to identify risk factors requiring medical intervention
  • Wors within the interdisciplinary care team to support timely communication of member issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • HS diploma/GED
  • Must be Fluent in Spanish
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
