A media company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish and English Media Streaming Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Delivering world class customer support and building customer satisfaction and loyalty by troubleshooting all inquiries
  • Completing ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes
  • Providing an effective and timely resolution for a range of customer inquiries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read and write professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Above-average knowledge of tech-related elements
  • Must be available for weekend (Saturday & Sunday) hours
  • Ability to periodically rotate shifts and regular days off
  • Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts as required
