Job Summary
A media company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish and English Media Streaming Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering world class customer support and building customer satisfaction and loyalty by troubleshooting all inquiries
- Completing ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes
- Providing an effective and timely resolution for a range of customer inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write professionally in both English and Spanish
- Above-average knowledge of tech-related elements
- Must be available for weekend (Saturday & Sunday) hours
- Ability to periodically rotate shifts and regular days off
- Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts as required
