Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Call Center Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing day-to-day supervision of the communicators. Implement and communicate performance standards
- Coaching team members for success and support the individual development of direct reports
- Creating and implementing initiatives designed to encourage teamwork and increase employee engagement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current RN or Pharmacist license with Fluency in Spanish including medical terminology
- Five years experience supervising within a Call Center, preferably in Team Lead or Supervisor role; or equivalent experience
- Adept at all applicable computer software, i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Avaya CMS
- Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members, and a stable, reliable, high-speed home internet
- General understanding of call management systems, such as CentreVuSupervisor
- Must have a designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions
