Job Summary
A translation and professional services company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Computational Linguist.
Must be able to:
- Work within the client’s complex workflow, adapting it to US Spanish
- Act as an intermediary between the client and the annotators/general linguists
- Support annotators in their everyday tasks
Position Requirements Include:
- Degree in Linguistics with knowledge/experience in NLP
- Excellent knowledge of the structural aspects of the US Spanish language
- Understanding of dialogue and dialogue management with respect to NLP
- Strong linguistic comprehension
- Up-to-date exposure to popular US culture and the ability to use that knowledge to perform data analysis
- Good organizational and analytical skills
