Job Summary

An environmental services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing daily email and telephone communications in English and Spanish with Central and South American auditors and partners
  • Being responsible for documentation of activities on an ongoing basis in various platforms
  • Deploying excellent customer service and communication skills

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors’ Degree or 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Must have fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 1+ years’ experience in project management or administration
  • Ensure program compliance with SCS quality system
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook and Power Point
