Job Summary

An IT services company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answer inbound calls from citizens and provide answers to the questions surrounding COVID-19
  • Schedule Vaccination Appointments with web based software.
  • Record accurate data and information from the calls in our on-line system

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1 year (Preferred) customer interaction experience either on phone or in person
  • Able to use an online tool as call reason code and interaction notes
  • Fluent in Spanish and ability to work remote and the ability to work an 8 hour shift
  • Will represent our clients in a professional, service-oriented manner
  • Own your own computer (Windows 10 OR Mac running Catalina)
