Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Consultant in Hollywood.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing all policy information
• Assisting our clients with questions and changes to their insurance policy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Periodically attend office-based training or meetings as needed
• 6 months previous customer service experience required
• Minimum 7.0 mbps bandwidth with dependable/reliable connectivity required
• Fluent Spanish/English communication skills
• PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5% required
