Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Consultant in Hollywood.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing all policy information
- Assisting our clients with questions and changes to their insurance policy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Periodically attend office-based training or meetings as needed
- 6 months previous customer service experience required
- Minimum 7.0 mbps bandwidth with dependable/reliable connectivity required
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5% required
