Job Summary

A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Healthcare Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to and resolving on the first call customer service inquires and issues
  • Educating customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care
  • Contacting care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish
  • Ability to contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling
  • Ability to assist customers in navigating our websites
