Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Healthcare Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to and resolving on the first call customer service inquires and issues
- Educating customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care
- Contacting care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish
- Ability to contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling
- Ability to assist customers in navigating our websites
