Job Summary
A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving and processing incoming phone calls for clients
- Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Obtaining, entering, and verifying customer information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school or GED required
- Basic computer skills required to include navigation between application and internet sites
- Minimum one year customer service or sales experience required
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
