Job Summary
A provider of healthcare services has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting Patients' available schedule
- Assigning enrollment and reassessment patient referrals
- Maintaining communication with nurses and patients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years’ experience working in Customer Services
- Fluency in speaking English and Spanish
- High school graduate
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Two screen computer with reliable internet access
