Job Summary
A mutual insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls from agents and customers
- Perform pre-underwriting screening
- Verify coverage, evaluate submitted bills, and authorize payments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of Work from Home experience in a Call Center environment
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Capable of communicating difficult news
- Ability to multi-task prioritizes, communicate effectively and remain organized
