Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Broward County.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders
- Offering solutions and/or options within Company guidelines
- Determining if the risk meets the company's underwriting guidelines and processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to periodically attend office based training or meetings as needed
- Six months previous customer service experience
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills and pleasant telephone demeanor
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
- Dedicated in-home office space free from interruptions and background noise
- Separate phone line installed or digital phone line independent of any residential service
