Job Summary
An automobile insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual English Spanish Customer Service Representative in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting our clients with questions and changes to their insurance policy
- Transitioning from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Completing any other duties as assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to periodically attend office based training or meetings as needed
- Six months previous customer service experience
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
