Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Wilmington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Performing data entry related to a new program
Qualifications for this position include:
- High speed internet access (Minimum 10MB upload speed, 5MB download speed)
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
- Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
