Job Summary

An asset management and business processing solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Wilmington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Performing data entry related to a new program

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High speed internet access (Minimum 10MB upload speed, 5MB download speed)
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
  • Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
