A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative in Fort Lauderdale.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inquiries and making outbound calls related to COVID 19 contact tracing
  • Handling more complex customer service inquiries and problems
  • Using computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets is required
  • Home internet Minimum Requirement: 20/50 Mbps download speed; 5Mbps upload
  • Computer Hardware : 256GM hard drive 1 USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port (for headset) 1 RJ-45 connection
