A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative in Fort Lauderdale.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inquiries and making outbound calls related to COVID 19 contact tracing
- Handling more complex customer service inquiries and problems
- Using computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets is required
- Home internet Minimum Requirement: 20/50 Mbps download speed; 5Mbps upload
