Job Summary

A company that developed a gig marketplace for the restaurant industry is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative in the El Paso Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting issues until resolution
  • Resolving and monitoring real-time issues
  • Responding to all incoming communications through phone, text, email and instant messaging

Qualifications for this position include:

  • You must be located in close proximity to El Paso, TX
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite
  • Willing to work weekends and evenings
  • Spanish proficiency is a requirement
  • 2 years of Customer Support in a high paced environment in a call center
