Job Summary
A company that developed a gig marketplace for the restaurant industry is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative in the El Paso Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting issues until resolution
- Resolving and monitoring real-time issues
- Responding to all incoming communications through phone, text, email and instant messaging
Qualifications for this position include:
- You must be located in close proximity to El Paso, TX
- Familiarity with the Google Suite
- Willing to work weekends and evenings
- Spanish proficiency is a requirement
- 2 years of Customer Support in a high paced environment in a call center
