Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Documentation Specialist II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating, updating, enhancing or refining platform documentation and training materials
- Translating business processes and technical changes made to platform
- Ensuring a shared understanding of changes and enhancements to be documented
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of experience in preparing and delivering system documentation and training materials
- Good listener
- Bring some decent analytical and critical thinking
- Definitely above par written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and accountable team player
- Experienced documenting and reporting work progress and project status
