Job Summary
A roofing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish English Commercial Roofing Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
- Managing and monitoring all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
- Recruiting, training, managing, and evaluating staff
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel and a good driving record is necessary for this position
- 7+ years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Proven success at managing multiple projects and budgets in an efficient manner
