An outsourcing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish English Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Speak on the phone and use a computer
- Use logic and solve problems
- Answer questions, process transactions, and resolve customer issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Speak fluently in English and Spanish
- Experience with financial services, healthcare, technology companies, or something similar
- Personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software
- Speak on the phone and use a computer
- USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls
- Subscription to high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
