Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommuting Executive Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performance staff and in-country volunteer team
- Expanding revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations
- Ensuring ongoing programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, effective internal communications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Anticipated that at least 3-4 annual visits
- 4-year degree
- At least five years of senior management experience
- Demonstrable ability to work with a Board of Directors
- Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience
- Conversational English & Spanish language skills
