Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommuting Executive Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performance staff and in-country volunteer team
  • Expanding revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations
  • Ensuring ongoing programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, effective internal communications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Anticipated that at least 3-4 annual visits
  • 4-year degree
  • At least five years of senior management experience
  • Demonstrable ability to work with a Board of Directors
  • Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience
  • Conversational English & Spanish language skills
