Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Health Insurance Telesales Agent.
Must be able to:
- Use active listening skills to complete a thorough needs analysis with each caller
- Present and explain plans using a consultative approach
- Explain company sales, medical underwriting, and enrollment processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as a health insurance Telesales Agent
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Active license to sell health insurance in Florida
- Strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
- Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
