Qualifications for this position include:
- 50% travel
- Documented experience developing, training and leading a high-performance sales team
- Health Insurance License
- Point of sale experience as an individual contributor or sales manager in the life insurance field
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Thoroughly familiar with life insurance products and sales concepts
