Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Business Process Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Keeping track of US and Defects through Rally
• Being responsible for updating the Spanish materials following the updates done in the English documents
• Leading process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities

Qualifications Include:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (ability to read and write, assessment may be required)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of Rally
• 2+ years of experience in HealthCare
• Intermediate level of proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
