Job Summary

A healthcare provider is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Collaborative Care Behavioral Health Clinician Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Screen and assess patients for common behavioral health and substance abuse disorders
• Facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outside the primary care clinic
• Participate in regularly scheduled caseload consultation with the psychiatric consultant

Qualifications Include:

• Bilingual Spanish
• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health related field
• Experienced utilizing behavioral health tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc.)
• Familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques using evidenced-based techniques
• Highly proficient in using many different platforms concurrently
