A healthcare IT solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Information Technology Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone, email, and written inquiries
- Scan incoming mail
- Work with the customer to resolve complex issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual Spanish
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Minimum of two years call center customer service experience
- Ability to control the pace, flow of the inquiry, and manage call time effectively
- Ability to follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to use the web to search and retrieve information
