A healthcare IT solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Information Technology Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone, email, and written inquiries
  • Scan incoming mail
  • Work with the customer to resolve complex issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • Minimum of two years call center customer service experience
  • Ability to control the pace, flow of the inquiry, and manage call time effectively
  • Ability to follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to use the web to search and retrieve information
