Job Summary
A technology company specializing in healthcare IT services is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare IT Pharmacy Claims Quality Assurance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Optimizing testing and monitoring activities to ensure the quality of the systems and processes supporting the company’s operation
- Developing, documenting, and executing test plans, and test cases and/or scripts based on functional requirements
- Analyzing, documenting, and reporting on test results to business stakeholders and company leads
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a health plan, PBM setting
- Ability to analyze large data sets and able to use dashboard tools, e.g. Tableau, QVW and Excel tools
- You are a detail-oriented problem-solver
- Computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- You can communicate effectively (read, write, speak, dream, daydream, argue, flatter, etc.) in English and Spanish
