Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Liaison in Boston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conducting outreach to patients via phone or text
  • Answering all non-clinical questions for patients
  • Following up with patients to ensure their questions and issues are addressed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Monday-Friday from 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, including some holidays
  • Desire to learn and ask questions
  • Excel in time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate clearly and consisly
  • Listen well
  • Have a college degree or comparable experience
