Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Member Navigator Aide.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reaching out to members and ensuring appropriate care is accessed
- Providing social assessments and member education
- Creating a positive experience and relationship with the member
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 50% of the time
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Telephonic outbound patient / member outreach experience with 1+ years experience within the community health setting in a healthcare role
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge of culture and values and resources available in the local community
- Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office
