Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Member Navigator Aide.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reaching out to members and ensuring appropriate care is accessed
  • Providing social assessments and member education
  • Creating a positive experience and relationship with the member

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 50% of the time
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • Telephonic outbound patient / member outreach experience with 1+ years experience within the community health setting in a healthcare role
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Knowledge of culture and values and resources available in the local community
  • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office
